A typical shop floor consists of different kinds of machines performing various pre-defined tasks. Machines may either be equipped with a serial port to transmit regular status data or may be equipped with I/O lines that shows Machine ON/OFF status, Cycle or spindle ON/OFF, etc ..

Our solutions can be commissioned to connect these machines to a central server on wireless. Devices can be programmed to monitor events, collect data received on the serial port and transport the same to a central server for storage, reporting and analysis. The available data may also be used in an existing ERP for management reporting and planning.

Our devices running TarangMesh can be used to interface with the machines on either the serial port or monitor the I/O lines to collect data and transport them to the central unit. The wireless network formed is a Self Forming / Self Healing solution, the result is a very reliable network to ensure that the data sent from the machines are available for the users without any failure.
